BSCHÜSSIG – A passion for pasta since 1876
Since 140 years Bschüssig pasta is the byword for the high art of traditional Swiss pasta. Its popularity is due to the way it is carefully produced in Frauenfeld as well as its use of premium ingredients such as the purest semolina and the best quality Swiss free-range eggs.
The wide array of shapes in the Bschüssig collection give cooks plenty of ideas and inspire them to get creative.
The "secret" is the carefully production of the Pasta Premium AG with its approx. 50 employees in Frauenfeld in the eastern part of Switzerland. The best ingredients such as purest semolina, fresh Swiss drinking water and since 2011 only Swiss free-range eggs in all 3-egg paste ensure the best Swiss Quality, Taste and envyronmental friendly production.
Top of the range is our Premium Line with rolled flat 3-egg pappardelle and tagliatelle noodle nests, followed by the four attractive shapes with a great deal of «Swissness»: Alpine macaroni, Swiss wrestling pasta, glacier hats and little Edelweiss from the 3-egg pasta series ‘Swiss Tradition’.
The classic 3-egg pastas offer the largest choice. These include the most popular shapes such as elbows, spirals, spaghetti, bow ties or noodles.
Since 2014 BSCHÜSSIG has been closely connected to the sport of Swiss wrestling with their likeable advertising partner Matthias Sempach, the King of Swiss Wrestling 2013. He is the ideal ambassador who symbolises tradition and popularity with young and old.
